6.6 archive implications

On 31st Oct, Server 6.6 goes EOL - https://www.couchbase.com/support-policy/enterprise-software/ - and will need moving to the docs archive.

The docs tooling team will take care of changing the playbook in docs-site to handle this.

This ticket is to check in the 7.x docs that there are no docs that need changing or updating - e.g because they discuss working without collections by using 6.6, or have hardwired links, rather than xrefs that will survive an archive move.

I suspect there may be nothing to do, and that Server doesn't have anything equivalent to SDKs' cross-branch includes (for release notes) that need disentangling for each archive move.
This ticket is a just-in-case, to prevent any surprises.
