1) in the "Run Source Connector" commands - the string containing the asterisk needs to be quoted to prevent the shell from attempting (and failing) to resolve it as a file name:

CLASSPATH="lib/*"

2) For the Apache version of the "Start the Kafka Servers", If one uses the 'copy' button and then pastes - it only runs the first command because it is blocking. Yes, the fine-print says "in separate terminals". But not every one reads the fine-print. I don't know what would fix this - perhaps putting each command in it's own block so it's not possible to copy both at once.
