error in Curl request syntax in Creating design documents

    Description

      syntax of CURL to PUT a json view shoud be "Content-Type: application/json" with double quote and not 'Content-Type: application/json' with single quote.
      json file should not get single quote , it works without quote at all.
      '@fileName' - wrong
      @fileName - OK

      please also correct discrepency in ddoc name byfield <> byloc in response.
