Improve discussion around Kubernetes Upgrades

Our documentation at Kubernetes Automated Upgrade is lacking in detail around what actually happens to the Couchbase Cluster during the upgrade process.

We should also document an alternative approach which involves relocating the Couchbase Server Pods in advance of the Kubernetes Upgrade, to avoid the side-effects of the current approach.
