Review existing Eventing documentation in the Server [PART 1]

Review existing/current Eventing docs and update for:

• accuracy
• style

The goal is to review between 1/3 to 1/2 of the existing pages before the 7.6 release, and to address the rest of the pages at a later date (sometime in March).
