[couchbase-cli] Remove cbbackup/cbrestore from docs

    Description

      In MB-60500 we are going to remove cbbackup/cbrestore as they have been deprecated for some time now. We should also remove the documentation for them.

       

      Documentation for these utilities are in the CLI Reference.  They should be removed in 7.6 since the below utilities are being removed.

      cbbackup, cbbackupwrapper

      cbrestore, cbrestorewrapper

      These utilities have been deprecated since 6.6.

      Should also note in the release notes for 7.6 that the utilities (cbbackup, cbbackupwrapper, cbrestore, cbrestorewrapper) are being removed.

      For backup and restore, the cbbackupmgr CLI can be used in both CE and EE, and the Backup Service can be used in EE.
