Document lack of IdP initiated SSO login on Capella

    Description

      We have made a decision not to support IdP initiated SSO logins on Capella due to security considerations. We should document this clearly in the documentation we have around SSO, for example on the page https://docs.couchbase.com/cloud/organizations/ui-auth/capella-ui-auth.html#federated-sso-authentication
