Dev-guides SDK code

Round up the broken include code samples in devguides - seemingly caused by changes to code samples in SDK repos (particularly python) for the testing framework.

Note, the original code can still be found in https://github.com/couchbase/docs-sdk-python/tree/release/4.0/modules/hello-world/examples

but could do with checking against the latest SDK version.
