Python SDK documentation: Unnecessary footnote link

On page for Python SDK version 4.0, in section Enabling Logging, we have a footnote "1" under the first code snippet:

In Python SDK versions 4.0.0 and 4.0.1, configure_logging() is not implemented and logging must be set with an environmental variable, as follows:

And for Python SDK version 4.1 we don't have this footnote, but we have Environmental Settings section, describing the same. We need to delete the footnote "1" link from the code snippet, so it won't confuse anyone:
