Update Couchbase Lite Ionic Documentation

    Description

      Ionic plugin was never officially supported by Couchbase. Earlier it was supported by Ionic. But now Ionic is no longer supporting it. However, now Ionic have open sourced the Couchbase Lite plugin.

      We need to update the following documentation to reflect this change:
