[Trinity Release Note] : Add note about updating couchbase-release package for yum/apt users

    Description

      Starting with 7.6.0, Couchbase Server will only be available in the "new" Linux yum/apt repositories. Users who wish to install using yum/apt need to ensure that they have installed the newest couchbase-release metapackage, or else they will not see Server versions later than 7.2.x.
