Need result fields to come back in SELECT list order for SQL++ usability

We should create result JSON that has the fields produced by SELECT in the order in which users like Don Chamberlin have SELECT'ed them. This has been on the list for too long and Query's SQL++ now does it right. We need to step up and do this!
