    Description

According to https://issues.couchbase.com/browse/CBSE-13174 , not only must Couchbase Server be installed using an admin user account, it must be run from an account with admin user privileges.

"If they're changing the account that the CouchbaseServer service runs as, they're blazing their own trail... as far as I know, nobody at Couchbase has attempted anything like that since MB-23320 was first filed in 2017, and as you see, that experiment failed even then. If they managed to get it to work with Server 6.6, I think they were just lucky. It is by no means a supported configuration."

Browser environment: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_15_7) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/123.0.0.0 Safari/537.36
