Should bold headings in the nav link to topics?

    Description

      Would it make sense to have the "Develop" heading just link directly to the "Developer Intro", which sums up all of the content inside "Develop" anyway?

      None of the bold headings in the left-hand nav are actually linked to content, either on Server or Capella.

      The question is, why are we doing that, when it seems like we could collapse headings like this. It seems a little silly and unintuitive.
