Add that to Enable SSO You Must Open Support Ticket First

    Description

      In SSO documentation, we need to first say that customers must open a support ticket to enable SSO for their organization. 

       

      This has been very confusing to customers as they don't understand why they don't have access to SSO. Support has to enable it first, which is not stated in the documentation.
