    Description

Can we please have more consistent way of presenting deprecation notices and removed platforms?

      For example:

      • RHEL 7 (as well as CentOS 7 and Oracle Linux 7) is deprecated in Server 7.1, and removed (unsupported) in Server 7.2.
      • CentOS 8.x was deprecated in Server 7.0, removed in Server 7.1.
      • RHEL 9 / Oracle Linux 9 was added in Server 7.2.

In the Supported Platforms page for 7.0, 7.1, and 7.2, we have the following:

      7.0

      CentOS:

      • 8.x (Deprecated)
      • 7.x

      Oracle Linux:

      • 8.x
      • 7.x (Note that this version will be deprecated in Couchbase Server 7.2)

      Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL):

      • 8.x
      • 7.x (Note that this version will be deprecated in Couchbase Server 7.2)

      7.1

      CentOS:

      • 7.x (Deprecated)

      Oracle Linux:

      • 8.x
      • 7.x (Note that this version will be deprecated in Couchbase Server 7.2)

      Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL):

      • 8.x
      • 7.x (Note that this version will be deprecated in Couchbase Server 7.1)

      7.2

      Oracle Linux:

      • 8.x
      • 9.x

      Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL):

      • 7.x (unsupported in Couchbase Server 7.2)
      • 8.x
      • 9.x
