Google returns 3.0/3.1 docs before 4.0/4.1/4.5

Googling for "couchbase supported upgrade path" returns the docs for 3.0/3.1 before 4.1 or 4.0.

This can be confusing as there's no obvious version in the URL, and this page only discusses upgrading as far as 3.0, so customers are assuming that the docs are missing for 4.x.

As can be seen in the screenshot, http://docs.couchbase.com/admin/admin/Install/supported_upgrade-paths.html is listed before http://developer.couchbase.com/documentation/server/4.1/install/upgrading.html
