Feedback on Search | Couchbase Docs / search example doesn't work

FTS Samples don't work because the index does not exist. This may be an issue for all the SDKs.

They should be like the server Search Function documentation - https://docs.couchbase.com/server/current/n1ql/n1ql-language-reference/searchfun.html, with "Prerequisites" of creating the needed indexes. (the link server document "as described in Demonstration Indexes." is broken - see https://issues.couchbase.com/browse/DOC-12282 )
