Description
Browser environment: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/126.0.0.0 Safari/537.36
CONTEXT:
Per this Red Hat Solution Documentation (https://access.redhat.com/solutions/6785021), they acknowledged that for the RHEL8 OS, updating the vm.swappiness parameter does not set the intended swappiness setting system wide to all cgroups.
They released a new parameter, vm.force_cgroup_v2_swappiness, that needs to be set to 1 to allow for the intended vm.swappiness value to be set system wide.
Since a vm.swappiness of 1 is recommended for Couchbase installs, users on RHEL8 OS aren't receiving the intended benefit and will suffer from High Swap Usage which can lead to memory issues.

REQUEST:
Add a note to the respective doc page that acknowledges the specific swappiness customization needed in RHEL8 to benefit from the correct configuration for a Couchbase install.
