Explicitly document that backup service merges are done with respect to the node's timezone

As of MB-58028 we will make the backup service merge jobs be timezone aware. Before that ticket they would merge with respect to UTC days, rather than whatever timezone the node is on. We should explicitly say in the documentation that:

• merges will be done with respect to the node's timezone
• to ensure reliable behaviour customers should make sure all nodes are on the same timezone
