Description
As a preliminary for the rest of the tasks in this epic, simplify the folder structure of the index documents so they are no longer lost under learn/pages/services-and-indexes/indexes. To limit the chance of links breaking, look at page aliases to see where they used to be and reuse those.
Put learn/pages/services-and-indexes/indexes/indexes.adoc back on docs-server.
