Mention GSI Vector Indexes on Vector Search intro page

In the Vector Search overview page, add a note explaining when you would want to use Vector Search and when you would use GSI Vector Indexes instead, and include a link to the GSI Vector Indexes guide. (Link to be provided, see DOC-12442.)
