Document Access Removal Notification Behavior difference between Blip Sync 2.x and 3.x

In the Couchbase Lite 3.x documentation for Document Access Removal Behavior I believe we should mention a breaking change given that in version 3.x of Sync Gateway we have addressed CBG-1498.

The change we should mention is the following:

• When the Couchbase Lite 3.x client uses Blip Sync 2.0 to connect to Sync Gateway version 2. x, an Access Removal Notification was sent to an ongoing replication even when the document is still accessible through some means.
• This behavior is changed when the Couchbase Lite 3.x client uses Blip Sync 3.0 to connect to Sync Gateway version 3.x, now an Access Removal Notification is not sent to an ongoing replication when the document is still accessible (through some different channel accesses).
