Description
There are several example of CREATE INDEX in the Architecture and Admin sections that use WITH {"nodes":"nodeA:8091"}. The nodes option is supposed to be an array (even when it is just one item), so should look like WITH {"nodes":["nodeA:8091"]}.
I have found examples in 4.0, 4.1, 4.5 BETA (and in the master branch of docs-cb4):
