Node status values aren't enumerated

The documentation for the /pools/nodes endpoint doesn't show what possible values exist for the "status" value on nodes.

Go to http://developer.couchbase.com/documentation/server/4.5/rest-api/rest-node-get-info.html

Look in the "Response" example, and you'll see "status": "healthy", but what isn't listed is what the other possible values are.

• healthy
• unhealthy
• failed_over?
• warmup

I think these values should be listed (or if they are listed elsewhere, there should be a link to that).
