Amazon AMI "Usage Instructions" outdated

The "Usage Instructions" for the AMIs are very old and need updating.

These are correct for 1.8, but are missing ports for view, query, and indexing.

Including:
"To work around this, please follow these instructions: http://www.couchbase.com/docs/couchbase-manual-1.8/couchbase-bestpractice-cloud.html"

The Ports also need to be changed:

"* 4369, * 5984, * 8091, * 11210, * 11211, * port range: 21100 to 21299"

These are missing view, query and indexer ports.
