Description
Currently, it seems like we duplicate release notes across different versions of the docs. See:
https://developer.couchbase.com/documentation/server/4.5/release-notes/relnotes-41-ga.html
vs
https://developer.couchbase.com/documentation/server/4.1/release-notes/relnotes-41-ga.html
In essence, this is an implementation detail and shouldn't matter to the end user. However in this case, they haven't been kept in sync, and we've lost the whole of 4.1.2 in the process!
