Description
A number of users have run into issues with ulimits while using a non-root install. The reason is, our installer usually sets ulimits so when doing a non-root users need to set these in their environment to work correctly. We should provide steps on ulimit settings and add a warning, perhaps link to https://developer.couchbase.com/documentation/server/current/troubleshooting/troubleshooting-common-errors.html
