Swappiness page appears to have duplicate content

As shown in the screen shot, the "Changing Swappiness" section takes the reader through a 3-step procedure to check, change and then persist the swappiness of the system - highlighted in the screen shot in a red box.

But straight after this structure a slightly different but equivalent 3-step procedure is shown but without differentiation or explanation.

It appears that the more verbose, first (red) section is used alone for v5.0 docs and the second (blue) section is used for v4.0 - versions 4.1, 4.5 & 4.6 have both of these.
