      CBL 2.0 docs are on a single page https://developer.couchbase.com/documentation/mobile/2.0/couchbase-lite/csharp.html

      The current TOC (displaying h2 headers) doesn't give a good nav experience.

      We should try to override this TOC with one that:

      • fixes to the page
      • shows h2 and h3 headings
      • highlights the current section in the nav as the user is scrolling
