    Description

      Was looking to do a cbimport and I omitted the --cluster since the synopsis indicates with `[]` that it's optional, but running the program says a bunch of things are required.

      Flag required, but not specified: -c/--cluster
      		 
       
      		 
      cbimport csv [<args>]
      		 
       
      		 
      Required Flags:
      		 
       
      		 
        -c,--cluster                The hostname of the Couchbase cluster
      		 
        -u,--username               The username of the Couchbase cluster
      		 
        -p,--password               The password of the Couchbase cluster
      		 
        -b,--bucket                 The bucket name to load the CSV data into
      		 
        -d,--dataset                The location of the CSV data
      		 
        -g,--generate-key           Generates a key name based on an expression

      Looks like this needs to be fixed in the program and in the documentation.
