Description
We need to document that in Sherlock, the user supplies "Index RAM Quota" (to be renamed - please see https://issues.couchbase.com/browse/MB-14597 and use the final name as decided there).
This setting controls the buffer cache size of the index storage layer. The specified memory is preallocated as soon as indexer starts up, and is shared with all indexes created on the node.
The total memory usage of indexer process will be the buffer cache plus the size of various internal data structures and queues.
