Needs to educate user when they rebalance index/query node

    Description

      When the index, query node is rebalanced out - the gsi indexes are lost.
      Nothing on the UI/Admin page gives the user an idea that
      a. all gsi-index data will be lost
      b. gsi indexes ( as a result of a.) need to be recreated/rebuilt.
      It might be nice to include this while rebalancing out nodes, so the user is aware of the impact.

      We need to document this.
