Security: Encryption needs promoting to a full topic

The 5.x docs had the following topics under
Managing Clusters->Security
->Authentication
-> Authorization
-> Auditing
->Encryption

The latter has been removed from he 6.0 navigation. Given it's such a standard topic it would be worth reinstating the encryption content to the prominence it enjoyed previously.
