Description
we wanted to get started with Eventing today. in the web UI we just see this message: "No Eventing nodes were found on this cluster."
ok. so lets start one.
hmm. no documentation at all related to this in getting started on Eventing! PLEASE fix this for us and for others. you need to add a section at the start of the docs that checks eventing is running and if it is not, HOW to start it.
