Add section explaining how to use META().xattrs.`$document` in N1QL

It appears that the use of META().xattrs.`$document` in N1QL queries has been a tribal knowledge for some time. E.g.,

SELECT META().xattrs.`$document`.exptime FROM testBucket

gets TTL value without having to index it first. We should add a documentation section on this.
