pressing enter in search bar selects first match

When I goto docs.couchbase.com and select SEARCH tool, I enter a term (e.g. "java") and it pops up a list of relevant items.  But I want to scroll through a complete list, so I just press enter, expecting google-like behaviour where it lists all matches.  Instead, it selects the first item in the list (which was irrelevant for me).

Does it make sense to have it drop to a full search results list instead?
