Need to revisit: Translating SQL to map/reduce - Couchbase

We have this article that talks on how to convert SQL statements to View Map/Reduce javascript. ("Translating SQL to map/reduce - Couchbase")

While it is still technically correct, bulk of users who are interested in this topic should be directed to N1QL document which can directly run SQL like statements.

So we should update the doc to put a big banner to tell users this is old information and people should use N1QL for the most part at the start of the article.
