Remove unnecessary sections

Tasks

1. The sections "Installing Optional Dependencies" and "Sharing Files with Us" should be removed from this page.
2. There should currently be no external deps - I believe that we have removed any tasks that depend on golang (and hence Graphviz).
3. Also, any reference to uploading logs should be common with the Couchbase Server instructions and be on our website at the "Working with Couchbase Support" page.
