Evergreen links for SDK API Docs

    Description

      Create NGINX rules such that for each SDK, evergreen links to latest API docs can always be updated with appropriate:
      set $current_version_sdk_foo_api 'x.y.z';

      e.g. so that https://docs.couchbase.com/sdk-api/couchbase-java-client/
      will (currently) link to
      https://docs.couchbase.com/sdk-api/couchbase-java-client-2.7.4/
