Creates per second and updates per second Monitoring stats are deprecated

'Creates per second' and 'updates per second' monitoring stats are part of Couchbase Server version 1.8.1 and in the later versions we don't have these two stats available under Bucket Monitoring - Summary Statistics.

However, the later versions documentation still include these statistics which needs to be updated.
