Python SDK: Managing Connections docs page doesn't mention using IPv6

    Description

      In order to use IPv6 addressing in the Python SDK, the developer needs to enable IPv6 in the underlying libcouchbase library. This is not mentioned on the Python SDK page.

      The fix is to add ipv6=allow or ipv6=only to the connection string.

      For example: couchbase://mycouchbasenode&ipv6=allow
