CBLite tool no longer bundled with the Swift/Obj-C CBL SDKs.

    Description

      Our documentation on the CBL Swift and Objective-C frameworks state that the CBLite tool is bundled with the framework. It hasn't been bundled with the framework since 2.1.3. Since we are no longer bundling this tool with the framework, we should remove this section of the documentation so it matches the other SDKs.
