Backup documentation should clarify that in 6.5 backups are disk only by default and why this is good

    Description

      In 6.5, by default backups are disk only. This was done to improve the consistency of backups and other good reasons.

      Backup documentation should clearly state this and also state how this behavior can be overriden if the user so desires.
