      • Why do tombstones exist?
      • Why are they important.
      • Why you might be seeing `_deleted` in the Couchbase Lite logs.
      • Why is metadata purge interval important.

      Talk about that at the end of the Sync Gateway Getting Started section, have a "Document LifeCycle" section.

      Also introduce the possibility of having conflicts after the tombstones.

      ENSURE points raised in DOC-3880 and DOC-5011 are covered in the eventual topic.
