Documentation of Sync Gateway 2.6 configuration defaults is not up to date

    Description

      According to https://issues.couchbase.com/browse/CBG-222, the default for revs_limit was changed from 1000 to 50, but the documentation tells that the default is 1000.

      Please check and fix the configuration defaults.

      TODO - 20200121-IB: Roll this backwards to 2.5, 2.1, 2.0 and 1.5
