Spring updates for SDK 3.0

Update Spring mentions for 3.0 Java Docs,
and add Spring to Connectors landing page.

Add info on getting started: CB-specific joins and other bits outside the default abstraction;
autokey generation?
...
It would be nice if the new docs involved fewer clicks for customers to get through to Spring docs and installation, too.
