Change from N1qlQuery() to N1QL()

We need to document that the internal class N1qlQuery() is removed in Mad Hatter and replaced with internal class N1QL() and the latter is not backwards compatible with former.

This is an internal artifact but customers may have used it anyway (so they can do dynamic queries) and so, it is prudent to document this change in both docs and release notes.
