Documentation CSS for Print is Broken

Usually I'd share docs with sales/field by pointing them at the staging site, however in this case I'm waiting on Eric for a review so cannot do that.  "I know!" says I, "I'll just print my preview to a pdf".  What resulted was less than adequate (see attached).  We basically need CSS for print media that doesn't just ignore the content and render the footer instead.
