Post upgrade description is not entirely correct

The post upgrade description mentioned that this endpoint is when moving from views (design documents) to Indexes.
it does not mention that it is also required to run that command when moving from non-import docs sync gateway to importing doc method
from import_docs=false to import_docs=true.
this is because indexes are actually changing from something like
sg_allDocs_1
to
sg_allDocs_x1
